Dear friends,

Last Wednesday, we welcomed the team from Mapleton Pub to celebrate the best of the season, building a menu around the exceptional produce of The Falls Farm.

By the time the room filled, the lines between farm, kitchen and dining room had blurred. What emerged was something none of us could have created alone.

The menu was split between two kitchens and one farm. What arrived on the plate was the best of the season in Queensland. The seam between our kitchen and theirs was invisible. That was the intention.
